About Redlands Acupuncture Clinic

John Wyn Parry BSc (Hons) LiAc MBAcC is a fully qualified and experience Consultant who opened Redlands Acupuncture in August 2006. His aim is to bring the best possible acupuncture to the Exeter and Devon area and to increase public awareness of acupuncture and its different denominations such as TCM, Five elements, Stems and Branches, Medical Acupuncture and their subtle differences.

Having completed a four year full-time degree in Oriental Medicine, John is amongst the most qualified acupuncturists in Devon. He studied at the renowned ‘International College of Oriental Medicine’ where many leading acupuncturists surfaced. The degree examined crucial and fundamental philosophical concepts, underpinning the theory of acupuncture, accompanied with western medical sciences, anatomy, physiology and pathology. He holds a Diploma in Holistic Massage which is often integrated within his acupuncture treatments.

He is a member of the British Acupuncture Council -maintaining high standards of ethics, discipline and safe practice to the public. For more information visit www.acupuncture.org.uk.

John has a warm friendly personality and is a very passionate and committed consultant, as reflected with his patients’ success rates. He regularly attends postgraduate lectures to continue and further his development as an acupuncturist.
